1. ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you place an order through alphaesslife.com, you will receive an email with your order number and order summary within 24 hours. It takes 3-5 business days to dispatch the package after processing the payment.
2. CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS
You can cancel or edit your order while it's still in processing status. Once the status changes to shipped, the order cannot be edited or canceled.

3. TRACKING ORDERS
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped from our warehouse. If you didn't receive this email, check your spam or junk email folders or contact us by email at contact@alphaesslife.com. You can also view tracking numbers once your order has shipped by logging into your customer account.
