Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Policy

The return service is currently available to US orders only. 

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for items purchased directly from alphaesslife.com. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us at contact@alphaesslife.com and begin the return process within 30 days from the original shipment date. For all other purchases, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased from directly and follow their return policy. Once we receive the product and confirm the validity, we will refund the full purchase price.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must be returned in the original packaging, with all materials included
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of use
  • For non-quality related claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For non-quality related claims, AlphaESSrefunds the cost of the product itself
  • Returned items must be accompanied with a return authorization number
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

 

2. How to return my items 

To return an item you'll need to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. AlphaESS will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. You can get an RMA form by contacting us at contact@alphaesslife.com for assistance.

 

 

To initiate a Return or Exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
    All returns must have an RMA number for processing. Contact AlphaESS at contact@alphaesslife.com with your Order Number and specify the item(s) you wish to Return OR Exchange.

    Print the prepaid Return Label that you will receive from our Customer Support. Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package. RMA numbers should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package being returned to AlphaESS. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our warehouse.

 

3. Refund Policy

We'll issue the refund (full purchase price) within 14 business days once we receive the product, you'll be notified with an email once your order is refunded.
