Shipping Orders
All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after processing payment. The estimated delivery date may be delayed due to some unexpected events. Order(s) of various products may be delivered in separate shipments. But we try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
